Support for your client relationships
Add value to the advice you already give.
A useful introduction starts with understanding your client’s needs and the role you already play. We’ll discuss how specialist support could fit around that relationship.
Spot another way to help
A property purchase, development project or rising overhead can open up a useful conversation about money a client may recover or costs they could reduce.
Bring in relevant expertise
Explore specialist support for a particular area, alongside the advice and services you already provide to your client.
Start with a simple conversation
Discuss the broad circumstances first. We can help identify which specialist conversation could be worthwhile before you gather detailed records.

Explore Business rates →How an introduction could work
A clear approach, agreed together.
Discuss the opportunity
Use your own firm’s details and describe the situation in general terms. We’ll start by understanding what you and your client want to explore.
Agree the introduction
Before a referral, agree the relevant specialist, permissions, who will contact the client and how you would like to stay involved.
Let the specialist assess the detail
The specialist explains the scope, information needed and fees. Your client decides whether to proceed, with responsibilities and communication agreed from the outset.
Your relationship deserves care.
Client contact, information sharing and your involvement should be agreed before a referral. Start with an outline of the opportunity; client documents can wait until the appropriate permissions and next steps are in place.
Clear roles and commercial terms.
We help identify potential opportunities and arrange introductions. Independent specialists assess eligibility and carry out the technical work. Fees and any referral arrangements should be clear before anyone commits.

What you need to know.
Who is this for?
Accountants, tax advisers, solicitors, commercial property advisers and business consultants who want to explore additional opportunities for their business clients. You can enquire as a sole practitioner, partnership, LLP or limited company. Client eligibility is assessed separately for each service.
Do I need a specific client in mind?
No. You can start with a particular opportunity or discuss how introductions might work for your wider client base. The first conversation can stay at a general level.
Will you contact my client directly?
We’ll agree the contact approach and permissions with you before an introduction. Tell us whether you would like to make the introduction, join the initial conversation or discuss another way of working.
Can you work alongside an existing adviser or specialist?
Tell us who is already involved and what they are handling. We can discuss the proposed scope and responsibilities before taking anything further, so the work can be considered alongside existing advice.
What are the fees and commercial arrangements?
There is no charge for the initial conversation with us. Any specialist fees are explained before your client commits. We may receive an introduction fee from a specialist; any arrangement involving your firm would need to be discussed and agreed in writing before a referral.
